By accessing this website, we assume that you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions. DNM Nexus International reserves the right to change or update any details of our Terms & Conditions and details of our product/package without any prior notice.

Payment & Charges

DNM Nexus International web system accepts payment via Online Banking (FPX). DNM Nexus International reserves the right to amend/update the price of products and packages.

The price that stated in our system are not include with shipping fees. Shipping fees are based on the total product package weight, size and location. Delivery fees will be included in the total price. Delivery fee will be waived for order amount over RM4000.00.

All products/packages price and quantity will change from time to time based on promotion and vouchers that you entitled.

Product orders are accepted via using our web system at www.members.dnmnexus.com/memberlouge/index.asp, you will receive a confirmation email of the order submitted with the receipt once payment has been made. After your payment has been credited to us, we will proceed to process your order delivery.

Process Order Delivery

All orders will be processed in within two(2) working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders will not be processed on weekends and public holiday.

Estimated delivery

West Malaysia : 2 - 5 working days.

East Malaysia : 3 - 7 working days

All parcel will be packed neatly before it is sent to you.

If you did not get the parcel according to the above timeframe, please contact us within 3 working days.

In case of late delivery, we will not be held responsible for the reasons below:

• Bad weather.

• Logistical issue with courier of choice.

• Bad address/ wrong address.
