Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order within 180 days from your order purchase date.

DNM Nexus International will refund 90% from the total amount of purchase and a 10% service charge will be incurred to you as our admin and handling fee.

In order to exercise your right to return, you must filled in our claim form.

You can get our claim form by contact by call +6012-3492426 or e-mail dnmnexus.cs@gmail.com and send us back the filled form.

We will reimburse you once we have received your claim form no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 6 months (180 days).

• The goods are in the original packaging and no damages.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The goods which are damaged or with opened packaging.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
